Reviews for Hell’s Hundred Acres:
“We’ve all heard of the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory fire in 1911, one of the deadliest fires in NYC history. This riveting novel by retired FDNY Captain Andy Serra brings the story to life with the people and personalities, the heartaches and even some joy that emerged from that long ago era in the Big Apple. If you’re Irish or Jewish or a firefighter or politician, or anyone interested in the history of downtown Gotham, or just someone who enjoys a fast-paced read, you will probably be like me. You will be unable to put this book down.”

Reviews for Finding John:
“Andy Serra has written a meticulously researched account of the rescue and recovery operations at Ground Zero. His own experiences at the World Trade Center provide the underlying narrative that takes the reader to the “pile,” seeing and experiencing the unfolding disaster as he lived it. I highly recommend the book to both the public and emergency responder communities who will find it a riveting page turner.”
